Product description

BIW manufactures silicone foam profiles exactly according to customer drawings – whether classic or complex in shape. The foamed structure enables lightweight, low-pressure and robust seals – for example in housings, devices, systems or hygienic environments.

The profiles can be customised: soft or compression-hardened, with a closed outer skin, with a self-adhesive backing or as a hybrid profile with fixed silicone zones. Applications in food and medical technology can also be realised with the corresponding approvals.
