Product description

BIW silicone foam hoses are manufactured from expanded HTV silicone compounds using an extrusion process. Thanks to their fine-pored cell structure, they combine mechanical elasticity with low density and excellent thermal insulation performance.

BIW offers various foam properties, diameters, colours and surfaces – from open-pored to a closed, smooth outer layer. Combinations with solid silicone components or co-extrusions are also possible.
