Whether seals, membranes or complex 2K parts: BIW manufactures high-quality silicone moulded parts using the LSR injection moulding process – ready for series production or customised. Our materials are heat-resistant, gas-permeable, elastic and free of toxic components. They are ideal for medical, pharmaceutical and food technology as well as for the automotive and equipment industries. Production is fully or semi-automatic at our site in Germany, but also internationally by arrangement – in tested quality and, on request, also self-extinguishing or low-smoke. For larger components, we also use HTV injection moulding (solid silicone) and can inject products weighing over 2000 grams per component.
