Braided pressure hoses from BIW are made from a combination of silicone and reinforcement materials, offering excellent resistance to environmental influences and reliable temperature performance up to +180 °C.

Standard hardness
70 ± 5 Shore A (other hardnesses available on request)
Excellent resistance
Outstanding resistance to aging, UV radiation, ozone and weathering, with good resistance to gamma radiation.
Temperature resistant
Can be used in ranges from -40 °C to +180 °C (depending on type) - for thermally demanding environments.

Product description
Our braided pressure hoses feature an inner silicone layer with an outer reinforcement braid made from polyester yarn (multi-filament or mono-filament), glass fibre or aramid, depending on your performance requirements. Thanks to this construction, the hoses are ideally suited for media conveyance in pharmaceutical, laboratory and industrial applications.
