Product description

The BIW U-shaped edge protection profile offers mechanical protection for sharp-edged or sensitive materials. It can be easily applied to edges with different geometries and material thicknesses. The metal insert ensures a firm hold – even with vibration or frequent use.

The silicone material used is not only heat-resistant, but is also insensitive to UV radiation, ozone and the effects of ageing. The colour and Shore hardness of the profile can be customised to perfectly match the design and requirements of the application.
