Product description

With ARA-TEX RI, BIW offers an innovative protection system for cables and wires that goes beyond the mechanical robustness of aramid fibre. The additional silicone impregnation makes this product the ideal solution in thermally and mechanically demanding environments. Areas of application include the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering and mobile applications such as railway vehicles and construction machinery.

Thanks to the combination of hard-wearing aramid fabric and a functional insulating structure, ARA-TEX RI can be used to protect both individual cables and complex bundles reliably and sustainably – with a high degree of flexibility in processing.
