BIW pursues a comprehensive environmental and energy programme and fully complies with the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. The company switched to chlorine-free crosslinkers at an early stage and is aiming for CO₂ neutrality (Scope 1 & 2) by 2030. BIW is also involved regionally and reports transparently on sustainability and CSR.
