The SPB PT series stands for particularly robust silicone hoses that reliably withstand even high loads thanks to their platinum-cured structure and textile reinforcement made of PES yarn (polyester multifilament). Designed for hygienic and industrial applications, they offer excellent material purity, high pressure resistance and resistance to chemicals and weathering. Available in numerous dimensions – customised to your requirements.

Product description

The SPB PT series comprises platinum-cured silicone hoses with integrated polyester multifilament reinforcement for increased pressure resistance. The highly transparent silicone cover enables quick visual inspection of the medium, while the construction is free from plasticisers and toxic components. Depending on the type, the hoses achieve burst pressure values of up to 30 bar at room temperature.

The SPB PT hoses are available as standard on 25 metre coils and in numerous diameters and wall thicknesses – from very small cross-sections to large-dimensioned solutions for large industrial systems. Depending on the type, the temperature range extends from -40 °C to +160 °C.
